Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if an employee hints at necessity to provide an extra charge in order to expedite the process of services provision?

Do not take such offers and do not hand over any funds. Record the details of the situation (date, location, wording, witnesses) and report the incident using any convenient method: by calling the hotline or by email. All messages are treated confidentially.

How can I prove that a violation took place?

Any objective information is helpful for reviewing a complaint: a description of the situation with the date and location, the names of persons involved, presence of witnesses, as well as any documents (correspondence, receipts, attachments — if they are obtained by lawful ways). Even if you don’t have any evidence, each report is subject to verification according to the established procedures.

Is anonymity guaranteed when reporting a violation?

Yes. You can submit information anonymously. This does not deprive your complaint of the right to be considered. However, provision of contact information helps to clarify all the details and keep the complainant informed of the results of the investigation. The Company guarantees protection from prosecution for reporting violations in good faith.
