A digital number plate is an electronic version of a traditional vehicle registration plate that contains an BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) tag.

Applications can be made through the ITMS service portal.

Login into personal account and visit Service page, where you can select proper service.

• New plates: 714,300 UGX (for both vehicles and motorcycles)

• Replacement (Vehicles): 150,000 UGX

• Replacement (Motorcycles): 50,000 UGX

1.Log in to the payment portal.

2.Place an order for the digital number plates.

3.An invoice with payment details will be sent to you.

4.Use the provided payment details to complete the transaction.

Installation is handled by ITMS installers at dedicated installation centers.

After you register as a dealer at MoWT, you will be granted with access to the portal.

For a single plate, you will need an MVR (Motor Vehicle Registration) number.

For bulk orders, you will need an entry number.

• Bulk orders: An order that contains more than one unit.

• Single orders: An order that contains only one unit.
